Sending us your equipment: 
         

If you have to send your dj equipment to our workshop, the Customer will pay courier charges to and from, our courier charge for return of your dj equipment is £12.00 per item ( Courier return fee price is for mainland UK only ). for ireland and europe please contact us. Return courier fee for all other types of equipment, please contact us for estimate.




AV-REPAIRS BOOKING IN:

Repairs are accepted by post or courier delivery, or you can bring the equipment direct to our workshop.

All repairs/service outside mainland UK are welcome, ( ireland and europe only ) please contact us before sending any of your equipment to us.

Please note: all units sent to us for service/repair are carefully packaged preferably in the original box as supplied.

AVS cannot accept responsibility for units received damaged on arrival  or return delivery.

We would prefer that you do not send units packaged in flight cases as we would have to charge a larger amount for return delivery of your product.


AV-REPAIRS RETURN:

You can collect yourself or request a delivery to your mainland UK address. Small items will be despatched by post, and larger items by courier. 

For return of equipment for ( ireland and europe ) please contact us.

Various charges apply for return delivery of your equipment (please ask).
